Kajal Hub is a digital advertising agency. We provide marketing, social media management, and ad campaign services (including Meta/Facebook Ads).
2. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information for ad account setup.
- You agree not to use our services for any illegal or prohibited activities as per Indian laws and Meta’s Advertising Policies.
- Any content provided by you for advertising must not violate third-party copyrights.
3. Payment & Billing
- All service fees must be paid as per the agreed quotation.
- Ad spend (the money paid to Facebook/Meta for ads) is separate from our agency service fee and must be paid directly to the platform or as agreed.
4. Intellectual Property
All original content, strategies, and designs created by Kajal Hub remain our property until full payment is received, after which rights are transferred to the client for the duration of the campaign.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for the best results, Kajal Hub does not guarantee specific sales or leads, as ad performance depends on market factors and platform algorithms. We are not liable for any losses caused by account suspensions by third-party platforms (like Meta/Google).
6. Termination
Either party can terminate the service agreement with a prior notice period as mentioned in the specific service contract.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Apne City ka Naam Likhein].
